Dr. Araujo is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. Dr. Araujo was raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he received his Medical Degree with Honors from one of the top five medical schools in the country: Federal University of Rio de Janeiro-Medical School. While there, he had additional clinical and research training and he completed an anesthesiology residency at the same University.

In 1997, he relocated to the United States to study at Harvard Medical School. He completed Residency at Harvard Medical School-Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He continued to gain experience in interventional spine care by heading three pain management centers. He has a special interest in neuropathic pain and neuromodulation and is frequently invited to lecture about pain management and to train other doctors across the globe.

Anne Ivaska is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience spanning pain management, urgent care, occupational medicine, and adult care. That broad foundation, combined with her passion for healthy aging, wellness, and disease prevention, is what led her to found Elite Hormones — a practice built around helping both men and women feel and function at their best.

Bethany Schilling is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients live vibrant, fulfilling lives. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2008) and Master of Science in Nursing (2011) from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

Bethany’s career has spanned a wide range of healthcare settings, including public health, family practice, urgent care, and wound care. Today, she is excited to focus her expertise on hormone optimization, weight loss, and anti-aging—areas where she can support patients in achieving their highest potential for wellness.

She believes in providing compassionate, holistic care and works alongside patients of all ages to help them feel their best through lifestyle-based prevention and thoughtful, personalized treatment plans.

Outside of work, Bethany enjoys spending time with family and friends, being out on the lake, staying active with CrossFit, and connecting with nature and wildlife. She’s also a lifelong learner who is always looking for new ways to grow personally and professionally.

Crystal is a nurse practitioner with over 15 years in healthcare, holding extensive experience in intensive care, family practice, and occupational health. A graduate of Northern Michigan University with both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, she is passionate about optimizing hormone health for her patients. Known for her research-driven approach and commitment to excellence, Crystal works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to help restore hormone balance and improve overall well-being. She stays at the forefront of her field by reviewing the latest research and participating in continuing education, including national conferences.

Crystal is one of our nurses at our Elite Hormones Eau Claire office. She has over 15 years of clinical experience and patient care, from young to old. She is passionate about assisting her patients any way she can, and if she doesn’t have all the answers at hand you can count on her to get them.

Nettie has over 10 years experience as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has worked in various clinical settings, including Primary Care, Pediatrics, and OB/Gyn. She is originally from the west coast and moved to Wisconsin a few years ago with her dog, Zoey. She enjoys hiking and exploring all the great outdoorsy activities this area has to offer.

Bobby Jo is a dedicated healthcare professional with experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator, EMT, and Phlebotomist. I’m passionate about helping others and thrive in fast-paced environments where compassion, teamwork, and patient care matter most. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of three teenagers who keep life busy, exciting, and rewarding. Family and friends mean everything to me, and I value spending quality time with the people I care about most.

Sarah has over a decade of experience in healthcare spanning the ER, laboratory, and labor & delivery. She brings a well-rounded, compassionate approach with a deep passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves—whether through care, support, or guidance.

Outside of work, Sarah is a proud pet parent to two cats, Buns and Maria, and a spunky blue heeler named Bruno. When she’s not spending time with her pets, you’ll likely find her enjoying her go-to Starbucks order: a blonde toasted coconut cream cold brew with brown sugar cold foam!

Stacy has a combined 13+ years of experience in the medical office setting. She has 3 kids, Kyle, Carson & Kendall, and 2 dogs, Winnie & Benny. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, snowmobiling, lifting weights, and flower gardening.

Lori has been in customer service for over 30 years. Lori and her husband enjoy lake activities, ice fishing, riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle, ATVing, and spending time with their grandkids.
